CDA consists of approximately 5,000 square feet of usable space. We have 4 studio rooms that can be used for your event. We maintain low rental rates in efforts to give back to local artists and we appreciate all referrals.

Are their specific rental hours and days in which I can rent @ CDA?
Charlotte Dance Alliance space is available per request only, subject to availability. If you are interested in renting outside of regular business hours be sure to put in your request early. Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend hours available for hourly, daily or long-term rentals.
Do you rent the studio for anything other than rehearsals?
The Studio is available for fitness classes, workshops, master classes, homeschool classes, parties, movies, photo shoots and many other events. Short-term and long-term rentals. Come home to CDA.

Charlotte Dance Alliance offers Dance Birthday parties. We have “Do- it- yourself” parties with the use of our facility to accommodate your guests.
CDA Deluxe Birthday Package - $229.00
Select a dance style: Hip Hop, Ballet, Yoga, Fusion or Fun Dance (combo classes are available – customize parties for you). Performance for family members to watch 10 minutes prior to party end. Bring your phones to record.
This is a self-service package, cake, beverages, decorations, party bags, and place settings, to be brought, set up by you, the customer.
The package is planned & priced with a 10-guest minimum. If your party has less than 10 guests the price remains the same. Over 10 guests is $10 extra per child.
A $50 deposit is required to hold your party date and time. Deposit is refundable upon cancellation 2 weeks prior to the party date. If another date is agreed upon the $50 will still go towards the balance of your final bill.
Dance instruction will begin 10 minutes after the start time. Parties are contracted to begin and end at reserved times. Please have your guests arrive & depart on time.
CDA Premier Birthday Package - $249.00
Select a dance style: same options as above (combo classes are available – customize events for you)
